Job summary

CELINE seeks an In Store Operations Manager in Dubai to lead a high-performing team, optimize stock management, and uphold the Maison’s luxury standards. You will collaborate with Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align operations with sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight of stock, procurement of essentials, ecommerce order management, and maintaining CELINE’s prestigious image through meticulous back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in luxury/fashion, 3–5 years.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the in-store team to uphold CELINE’s standards of luxury and service.
• Ensure back-of-house operations align with store objectives and enhance the client experience.
• Oversee stock management, procurement of supplies, and ecommerce order execution.
• Maintain CELINE’s brand image through impeccable store operations and presentation.
• Drive improvements in operational processes and compliance with internal procedures.
