Confidential, a distinguished Emirati niche perfume brand, seeks a Store Manager for its flagship boutique at Dubai Mall. You will lead a luxury retail team, drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and translate heritage storytelling into a premier shopping journey.

The role requires 5–7 years in retail with 2–3 years in a store leadership position within luxury or premium beauty, plus strong KPI management and VIP clienteling expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of retail experience, including 2–3 years in a Store Manager or leadership role.
• Experience in luxury retail, niche perfumery, or premium beauty.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage KPIs, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury clienteling and VIP relationship management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Wlexible to mall trading hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store revenue, achieve sales targets, and maximise conversion rates and average basket size.
• Lead clienteling initiatives and build relationships with VIP clients and tourists.
• Recruit, coach, and develop fragrance consultants and sales associates.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock accuracy, display standards, and visual merchandising.
• Prepare sales reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial objectives.
