Jimmy Choo is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dubai boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while driving sales targets and team performance. You will coach the team, manage VIP clients, and uphold the brand’s premium standards in every aspect of store operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in retail with 2–3 years in a store leadership role, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of retail experience, with 2–3 years in a Store Manager or senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Fashion, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales, profitability, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and build strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to achieve objectives.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and client retention.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming, and brand image.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, stock control, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures.
• Drive clienteling activities, appointments, events, and customer retention initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to maximize business opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and collaborate with Marketing, People, VM and Operations teams.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the brand and ensure all team members uphold luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong experience in VIP client management and clienteling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, confidence, discretion, and passion for luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
