Job summary

OBS Group in the UAE is seeking a proactive Luxury Fragrance Specialist to advise customers, drive sales, and deliver personalized service. You will manage stock, assist with payments, and help implement seasonal campaigns while maintaining a premium store presentation.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury fragrances retail within the UAE, strong grooming, and fluency in English with Arabic preferred. Normal retail hours with a focus on high-end client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Luxury Fragrances Retail sales experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• English required; Arabic preferred.
• Knowledge of CRMs including stock & POS systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers individually to help them choose products.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, re-order as needed and update customer records for personalized service.
• Assist with wrapping purchases and handling payments (cash, cheques, or cards).
• Support seasonal campaigns and keep shop floor and back-of-house areas at high standard.
