Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a leading hybrid luxury retailer in the Middle East, seeks a Store Supervisor to drive sales targets, nurture VIP clients, and lead a fashion-forward team. You will align store operations with brand guidelines, leverage omnichannel tools, and foster a high-performance work culture across a multi-brand environment.

You will manage customer relationships, stay current with fashion trends, and ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Leader.
• Experience managing a fashion retail team.
• Proven ability to grow talent.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends regionally and globally.
• Professional, friendly and people-driven.
• Experience achieving strong sales, returning clientele and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand values and represent the philosophy through all activities with customers and team members.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships and future opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends and share feedback with back-office and line manager.
• Think hybrid by leveraging online and offline POS touchpoints.
• Provide a clear vision to the team and recruit, develop and retain strong talents.
• Create a positive work environment and coach the team with growth plans.
