Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Supervisor for its luxury retail network in Dubai. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences across in-store and digital channels.
The role emphasizes clienteling with VIP clients, training and developing staff, and maintaining brand standards. You will collaborate with back-office partners to optimize store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety
Competenze
- Prior experience in store supervision or leadership roles in fashion/luxury retail.
- Strong capability to drive sales targets and manage VIP client relationships.
- Excellent team development, coaching, and performance management.
Mansioni
- Lead store team to achieve sales targets and KPI benchmarks.
- Build and maintain VIP client relationships and loyalty through clienteling.
- Ensure omnichannel execution across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee SOP adherence, stock, displays, and store operations.
- Leverage technology tools (Clienteling app, OMS) to enhance the customer experience.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to sustain store performance.
