Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Spa Director to lead our luxury spa operations, driving guest experiences and revenue growth with exceptional service.

You will manage a team of 30 therapists and staff, uphold Forbes 5-star standards, oversee budgets, trainings, and product selections to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty. Fluency in English and hospitality excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in spa management with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Forbes 5-star luxury spa or luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong team management, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Budgeting, financial analysis and driving growth with luxury standards.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services and products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and guest experience.
• Lead a team of 30 spa staff including therapists and reception.
• Maintain luxury standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage spa budget and revenue targets.
• Organize ongoing staff training and development.
• Oversee exclusive product usage and retail presentation.
• Report to Senior Director of Spa and coordinate with departments.
