Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a personable Spa Receptionist to assist with spa software bookings, cover fitness reception, and support other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring exceptional communication and organizational skills, with knowledge of spa and fitness operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with spa software bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
Cover fitness reception and ensure collaterals are available.
Provide proactive support to other departments within the Resort; collaborate with Four Seasons properties.
Promote spa products, treatments, packages and promotions to guests.
