Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel spa and ensure guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Inspire, coach, and develop therapists and reception staff for five-star service
• Drive revenue through retail, treatments, and memberships
• Maintain high service, hygiene, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Manage budgets, financial performance, staffing and KPIs
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance wellness offering and guest journey
