Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a personable Spa Receptionist to assist with spa software bookings, cover fitness reception, and support other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring exceptional communication and organizational skills, with knowledge of spa and fitness operations.

• Promote spa products, treatments, packages and promotions to guests.

What you will do:

• Assists with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Covers fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
• Ensures mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
• Proactively promotes products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.

Schedule & Hours:

• 6 days per week over 48 working hours
