Responsibilities

• Take ownership of duties and deliver with precision.
• Follow local and corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide top-tier spa services with a focus on guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in spa areas and treatment rooms.
• Report equipment issues to the Spa Manager to ensure peak guest experience.
• Collaborate with Concierge and Front Desk to ensure seamless operations.
