Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai seeks a Spa Guest Services Host to assist guests with spa information and tours, ensuring personal attention and anticipation of needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, stocked spa areas, welcoming guests, escorting them to facilities, preparing treatment rooms per SOPs, and coordinating with team to deliver water and amenities. A high school diploma and customer service experience in luxury hotel environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with spa information giving them personal attention anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities.
• Keep the Spa areas clean neat stocked and organized at all times.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas ensuring that guests find their treatments are served water etc
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines SOPs
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries
• Consistently engaging with guests
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
