Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a luxurious 5-star beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah, seeks a Spa Attendant to welcome guests and guide them to the facilities with warmth and personal attention.

You will keep spa areas pristine, assist with treatments preparation, stock amenities, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments and are served water.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
