Sofitel Dubai The Palm invites a Guest Spa Attendant to deliver personalized guest experiences in our luxury spa. You will welcome guests, escort them to facilities, and assist with treatments in a serene, high-end setting on Palm Jumeirah.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, attention to detail, and proactive service, with opportunities to guide guests through spa offerings and amenities in a refined hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities.
• Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
