Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a Spa Attendant to assist guests with spa information, maintain pristine spa areas, and provide attentive service as a friendly host in a luxury setting on Palm Jumeirah.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them to facilities, preparing rooms per SOPs, stocking amenities, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
