Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Director with administrative duties.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely paperwork.
• Maintain records of tour operator communications and contracts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
• Coordinate site inspections, fam trips, and client visits.
• Support invoicing and financial administration related to sales.
