Job summary

The Lana Dubai, part of Dorchester Collection, seeks a Revenue Executive to drive commercial performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You will own daily revenue reporting across Rooms, F&B and Spa, manage rate plans, and support pricing decisions to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

Experience in Revenue Management within luxury hospitality.
Strong pricing strategy and market segmentation knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.
Maintain rate plans across SynXis, Opera Cloud, channel managers, GDS and OTA extranets.
Develop pricing, inventory, and restriction strategies; monitor rate parity across OTAs and metasearch.
Create Excel models, dashboards and executive summaries to improve business visibility.
