Job summary

Aldar Retail Management (ARM) is seeking an proactive Operations Coordinator – Retail to support day-to-day mall operations in a premium retail setting. You will coordinate between internal teams, tenants, and service providers, maintaining records and preparing reports while upholding luxury standards.

The role emphasizes VIP service, high-touch stakeholder management, and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium environments is highly preferred.
• Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Administration: Support daily retail operations and administrative tasks; Coordinate requests between internal teams, tenants, and service providers; Maintain records, trackers, and office supplies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist with weekly/monthly reports, presentations, and documentation; Support PRs, TCRFs, POs, and payment processing; Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping.
• Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes; Track follow-ups and manage calendars; Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
• Luxury Retail Support: Maintain high standards of service in a luxury retail environment; Interact professionally with VIPs, tenants, and senior stakeholders; Support delivery of a seamless customer experience.
• General Support: Assist with projects and operational initiatives; Handle confidential information with discretion; Identify and support process improvements.
