Job summary

HRsource seeks a highly organised Operations Associate to support a prestigious fine jewellery brand in Abu Dhabi. You will work with management and client-facing teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate inventory and a consistently elevated luxury experience.

Key duties include stock coordination, client communications, order logistics, social media support and reporting, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and premium client service in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in luxury retail or a premium environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory or stock management is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including digital client communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and coordinate administrative, operational and logistical tasks.
• Maintain jewellery inventory records, stock movements, transfers, deliveries and audits.
• Manage client inquiries via email, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Coordinate client orders, deliveries, collections, repairs and returns.
• Assist with social media coordination, content scheduling and product updates.
• Support sales with product information, pricing, availability and client records.
• Maintain product databases, pricing information and documentation.
• Prepare operational, inventory and sales reports for management.
• Uphold brand standards of presentation, confidentiality and professionalism.
