Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research seeks an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor to lead a luxury guest-facing area in Dubai, ensuring top-tier service standards. You will manage daily operations, coach a frontline team, and safeguard SOP compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2–3 years in hotel/F&B operations, experience in luxury environments, and fluency in an additional language. You will coordinate with departments to deliver a seamless guest experience and drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel/F&B operations, with supervisory or team-lead exposure.
• Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is mandatory.
• Fluency in an additional language is required (e.g., Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Greek, Portuguese, Chinese or Japanese).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned F&B guest-facing area, ensuring luxury service standards.
• Supervise and develop team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, grooming and service standards.
• Monitor guest interactions, address feedback and service recovery as needed.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and support achievement of operational KPIs.
