Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a professional Reservations Agent for its Food & Beverage team. You will be the primary contact for reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.

In this role you will handle bookings via phone, email, and reservation systems, coordinate across hotel outlets, and maintain accurate seating plans while upholding impeccable guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems
• Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets
• Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements
• Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's luxury service standards
