Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales professional to drive revenue in the luxury hospitality segment. You will manage key client accounts, conduct presentations, and coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill client requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment, with strong negotiation and relationship skills, and proficiency in Opera/Delphi. On-site presence in Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, key accounts, and partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage assigned accounts, leads, and sales activities with accurate records.
• Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account performance.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and events offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requirements.
• Maintain booking information in Opera and Delphi.
• Support Events team with client engagement and sales initiatives.
