Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and multiple guest requests efficiently.
• Professional, confident, and well-presented with excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating with professionalism.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus per service standards.
• Communicate guest preferences and VIP notes to the team.
• Respond to inquiries about menus, promotions, and facilities.
• Monitor guest flow and waiting times for a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain hostess area and uphold high cleanliness and grooming standards.
