Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead luxury F&B operations for a premier client in the Red Sea Saudi region. You will drive guest experiences, manage daily restaurant activities, and uphold service excellence in a high-end setting.

The role requires strong leadership, a sharp eye for detail, and proven ability to operate within multi-layered hotel structures, ensuring financial performance and exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale dining scenarios.
• Familiarity with Michelin Guide standards (preferred) and/or Forbes Travel Guide standards (acceptable).
• Experience working in venues with Michelin recognition is highly desirable.
• Background in hotel-based F&B operations with ability to operate within multi-layered leadership structures.
• Strong leadership, team management, and exceptional communication skills.
• Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
