Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a premium beach club in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily operations across the beach, pool, dining, and events, ensuring exceptional service and strong financial performance.

The role requires 8+ years in hospitality with at least 3 years as a GM or equivalent. Experience with luxury beachfront venues and pre-opening settings is highly valued. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hospitality experience, including leadership at General Manager level.
• Direct experience managing premium beach clubs or luxury beachfront venues.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, entertainment and high-volume service.
• Experience with budgets, profitability, revenue growth and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: beach, pool, restaurants, bars, cabanas, events.
• Maintain luxury service standards and VIP relationships; resolve guest concerns.
• Own annual budget, P&L, revenue forecasts, and operating costs.
• Increase revenue through pricing, reservations, events, partnerships, memberships.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams for quality and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; set performance objectives and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with marketing on positioning, promotions, and retention.
