Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant, driving exceptional guest service and sustained profitability. You will train and coach staff, manage costs, and uphold brand standards across shifts while collaborating with HR to recruit top talent and deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in fine dining with direct P&L responsibility, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all management levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant with direct P&L responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong influencing ability through knowledge, relationship management and trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction daily.
• Recruit the team, liaise with HR and ensure right candidates are selected.
• Lead outlet with coaching to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Oversee order of service and uphold Atlantis Dubai standards.
• Build relationships and act as a brand ambassador for Atlantis Dubai.
