Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of dining room layout and reservation procedures.
• Answer telephone within 3 rings using correct salutations.
• Take record and confirm restaurant reservations in accordance with departmental standards.
• Greet guests at the entrance of the restaurant and seat them accordingly.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
