Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Door Ambassador to join the Front Office team. You will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring warm, professional arrivals and departures.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in guest services, and excellent English. We offer a luxury hospitality environment with training, career growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 1 year in guest services, luxury hotel or resort preferred.
• Experience as Door Ambassador, Doorman, Bell Attendant is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Warm, outgoing personality with passion for hospitality.
• Grooming and professional appearance with attention to detail.
• Physically fit; able to stand long hours and assist with luggage.
• Flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests at arrival and departure at the main entrance.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the resort entrance.
• Assist guests with luggage, transport, and directions.
• Recognize VIP guests and IHG One Rewards members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Provide information on facilities, dining, activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Service, Security and others.
• Support Bell Service operations as needed.
• Maintain highest grooming standards and luxury hospitality.
• Keep entrance area clean, organized and in line with service standards.
