The role emphasizes impeccable communication, discretion and a proactive approach to anticipate needs. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages welcomed. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for service.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome residents, homeowners and visitors, providing personalized assistance and exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Maintain the luxury ambiance of the residential lobby and common areas.
• Handle resident inquiries, requests and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs, transportation and lifestyle arrangements.
• Conduct courtesy calls, collect resident feedback and support resident engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, requests and follow-ups.
• Uphold brand standards, professional grooming, confidentiality and service excellence.
