Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5+ years as Director of Rooms or similar in luxury hospitality.

• Lead front-of-house staff, training, and vendor management.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineering and external vendors.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and owner reports.
• Manage budgets, costs, and inventory; ensure safety compliance.
