Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5+ years as Director of Rooms / EAM or equivalent in luxury hospitality.
• Experience in luxury residences required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and guest services to deliver luxury living experiences.
• Direct front-of-house staff and external vendors; manage rosters and performance.
• Conduct regular training to uphold service standards.
• Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare owner and operational reporting with regional alignment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regs.
