Job summary

One&Only One Zaabeel in Dubai seeks a confident Reservations Sales Agent to deliver a seamless guest booking experience while maximizing revenue across rooms and dining.

You will manage reservations by phone and email, upsell and cross-sell with Forbes-level service, process bookings for individuals, corporate partners, travel agencies and VIP requests, and collaborate with internal teams to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in luxury reservations or call-center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems such as PMS or Synxis.

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and service‑driven Reservations Sales Agent to join the team at One and Only One Zaabeel. This role is central to delivering a seamless guest booking experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across rooms and dining.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone and email, ensuring all enquiries are handled accurately, efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
• Actively sell through effective upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining Forbes‑level service standards at every touchpoint.
• Process bookings for individual guests, corporate partners, travel agencies and VIP requests, ensuring alignment with rate structures and contractual agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support guest satisfaction and contribute to overall departmental performance targets.
