You will process bookings for individuals, corporate partners, travel agencies, and VIP requests, actively upsell and cross-sell while coordinating with internal teams to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in reservations or call center in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly regarded.
• Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems (PMS/Synxis).

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings for individuals, corporate partners, travel agencies and VIPs.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise revenue while maintaining Forbes-level service.
• Ensure bookings align with rate structures and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support guest satisfaction and departmental performance.
