Job summary

One&Only Resorts Dubai Za’abeel is seeking a Reservations Agent to maximize restaurant revenue and occupancy by accurately entering bookings in Sevenrooms and ensuring certainty of confirmations. You will handle the full reservation cycle with prompt, professional service, aligning with hospitality standards to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years in resort/hotel reservations, strong teamwork and communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in resorts/hotels as Reservations Agent.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and Sevenrooms.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter reservations into Sevenrooms and process according to hotel standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and callers.
• Follow up to ensure bookings are guaranteed and confirmed within 24 hours.
• Maintain records and generate daily reports related to reservations.
• Communicate guest preferences and special instructions to relevant departments.
