Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Reservations Agent to process reservation requests by phone, fax, or mail, identify guest needs, and confirm room type and rate. You will input data into the reservation system and communicate policies clearly.

You will uphold the Gold Standards, provide courteous service, and support colleagues in delivering luxurious experiences while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Verify availability of room type and rate.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Accommodate and document special requests.
• Input and access data in the reservation system.
• Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
