Ideal candidates have 1 year of related hospitality experience and a high school diploma.

• Operate front desk or service areas following Gold Standards and brand procedures.
• Engage guests about property services and local attractions.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and report incidents as required.
• Support team members and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
