Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard and handle wake-up calls and messages.
• Monitor busy or unanswered lines, update status, and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter and locate information using computers and/or POS systems.
• Follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet as needed.
