Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a Reservations Supervisor to ensure service quality and drive commercial performance in line with KPI objectives. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Hotel Operations to maximise revenue opportunities, supervise daily reservations tasks, audits, and group bookings, and resolve guest issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Bachelor's Degree of Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
• Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate risk related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
