Key Responsibilities

• Represent and uphold the Jumeirah brand by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and brand hallmarks in all interactions.
• Handle all guest reservations promptly and accurately across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Proactively promote Jumeirah's global portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and services while maximizing revenue through effective upselling.
• Achieve performance targets related to revenue, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure all guest information, bookings, and profiles are accurately entered and maintained within the reservation system.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, modifications, and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Support the team in achieving compliance with global standards including LQA, Forbes, and IFH call quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the property's rooms, packages, and offers to provide accurate and engaging recommendations to guests.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• College‑level education or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
