Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or recreation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
• Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with departments and external vendors.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest services and promoting the Wynn brand's values.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Additional languages are an advantage; strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team, without constant supervision, and adapt to shifts including day, swing, and overnight.
