Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites a driven Recreation Coordinator to join the Wynn Oasis housing team. You will plan and oversee a wide range of recreational events and activities for tenants, from fitness programs to cinema nights, ensuring a premium experience in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires a hospitality or recreation background, strong English communication, and the ability to work across departments, manage budgets, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional guest services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or related field.
• Min 3 years in hospitality or recreation role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; inspire trust.
• Excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with departments and vendors.
• Commitment to guest services and Wynn values.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all recreational events within housing facilities.
• Maintain operation of gymnasiums, arenas, game rooms, and entertainment areas.
• Develop programs to engage tenants and promote community well‑being.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure seamless tenant experiences.
• Manage budgets for recreational activities and events.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Collect tenant feedback and continuously improve programs.
• Promote elegance and luxury in activities.
