Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Wynn Oasis to join the Staff Accommodation team. You will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily housing operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and transportation services, ensuring service excellence for residents.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience in housing or hospitality, a diploma or degree in related field, strong communication, and the ability to manage events and community programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory or team lead experience in housing, hospitality, or facility operations
• Experience managing residential facilities or large-scale accommodations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily housing operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and transportation services
• Assist in planning and executing resident events, wellness programs, and cultural celebrations to enhance community engagement
• Address resident concerns and service requests with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Facilities, Security, and HR to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor room assignments, move-in/move-out processes, and occupancy levels to support efficient space utilization
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, maintenance requests, and resident feedback
• Supervise and support front-line staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment for all residents

Job description

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in housing, hospitality, or facility operations
• Experience in managing residential facilities or large-scale accommodations is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with housing/property management systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
