Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in hospitality, Business, or Compliance, with 2+ years in regulated gaming operations and strong proficiency in OPERA, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in regulated gaming operations (essential)
• Experience in controlled or highly regulated environments
• Previous experience in gaming operations is a must
• Proficient in OPERA, CRM and Microsoft Suite software
• English with multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Collaborate & Coordinate with Player Development and Marketing Host teams to enhance guest engagement ensuring seamless, high-end service experience to gaming guests
• Coordinate gaming floor activities in line with approved operating procedures
• Ensure only authorized games, systems, and equipment are in use
• Coordinate with departments such as Gaming, Hotel Reservations & Operations, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping
• Booking show tickets, managing gaming cabana bookings, ordering gaming guests’ amenities
• Track downtime, incidents, and deviations accurately

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About The Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Coordinator to join our Gaming Marketing Services team.

Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

• Collaborate & Coordinate with Player Development and Marketing Host teams to enhance guest engagement ensuring seamless, high-end service experience to gaming guests
• Coordinate gaming floor activities in line with approved operating procedures
• Ensure only authorized games, systems, and equipment are in use
• Coordinate with departments such as Gaming, Hotel Reservations & Operations, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping.
• Booking show tickets, managing gaming cabana bookings, ordering gaming guests’ amenities
• Track downtime, incidents, and deviations accurately

Guest & Player Management:

• Ensure all guests meet legal access and eligibility requirements
• Support enhanced controls for VIP and high-value players in line with AML and KYC policies
• Reinforce responsible engagement and intervene where risk indicators are identified

Reporting & Controls:

• Prepare accurate daily operational, compliance, and incident reports
• Maintain records as required (shifts, incidents, disputes)

About You:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Compliance, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in regulated gaming operations (essential)
• Experience in controlled or highly regulated environments

• Proficient in operating OPERA, CRM and Microsoft Suite software programs
