Job summary

You will develop sales strategies, prepare reports and forecasts, and coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Foundational finance knowledge to interpret pricing and returns for clients.
• Experience in real estate or luxury property sales in Dubai or the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; fluency in English.
