Aark Developers is seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to manage property sales transactions from inquiry to closing and to nurture client relationships in the UAE luxury real estate market.

The role involves collaboration with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service across the sales process. A background in business and strong bilingual communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Real Estate Developers in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in selling luxury Real Estate in the UAE.
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with Real Estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Activate new and existing channel partners/brokers to promote sales in the real estate sector.
