AHS in Dubai seeks a Sales Administrator to support the luxury real estate sales function. You will manage booking forms, SPAs, and related documents, coordinating with brokers, legal, finance, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth deal progression and compliant records.

You will maintain CRM data, generate sales reports, and handle documentation for brokers and clients while upholding confidentiality and professional standards across launches and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a real estate sales administration role in UAE.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales documentation and regulatory requirements in UAE.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Clear, professional communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage booking forms, reservation agreements, SPAs, and related sales documents.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, brokers, legal, finance, and post-sales teams for deal progression.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, cancellations, and transactions in CRM.
• Ensure client and broker documentation is complete and compliant with UAE regulations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate documentation requirements and approvals for brokers.
