Job summary

Coldwell Banker UAE is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to maximize earnings in Dubai's fast-growing market. You’ll benefit from a quarter-slab commission system, robust lead generation campaigns, and in-house marketing support, including a professional photographer.

Responsibilities include listing residential and commercial properties, guiding buyers and tenants, ensuring compliant transactions, and coordinating with back-office teams.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills: proactive, honest, friendly, analytical and well organized.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
• MS Office knowledge and software familiarity.
• Must have UAE driving license and personal car.
• Real estate experience in UAE is required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings regularly through networking and farming.
• Sell or rent properties (residential/commercial) for owners.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance on every transaction.
• Coordinate with Line Manager on ongoing transactions and improvements.
• Coordinate with in-house photographer for listing photos.
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing locally.
• Focus on your specialization area to obtain more listings.
• Estimate market price and support advertising with marketing team.
• Assess buyers needs and locate suitable properties.
• Offer options to buyers/tenants and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Take buyers to view properties and explain merits and terms.

Key Job Functions:

• Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming etc.
• Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential/commercial properties (businesses, factories, shops and plots) on behalf of owners.
• Follow proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
• Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
• Arranging appointment with the company’s in-house photographer to take latest and clear pictures of the property in order to do a good listing advertisement.
• Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
• Stay focused in your area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings.
• Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties with the marketing team.
• Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
• Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.
• Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
