Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two to three years lifeguard supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily performance and readiness of Lifeguards across aquatic areas.
• Coordinate lifeguard zones, rotations, and coverage.
• Lead safety briefings, weather updates, VIP activity, and events.
• Coach and develop Lifeguards through observation and feedback.
• Assist onboarding, drills, and certification tracking.
• Report incidents and maintain safety and quality standards.
