Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a Supervisor - Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team. You will oversee daily operations, manage valet and self-parking zones, and maintain service standards that reflect Forbes Five-Star luxury.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in luxury hospitality or parking, proven supervisory ability, strong leadership and guest-service skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 5–10 years in luxury hospitality and/or parking operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
• Extensive valet experience with luxury vehicles.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations including valet, self-parking, and traffic zones.
• Lead and coach a team of attendants, valets, and traffic controllers.
• Ensure guest arrival/departure points provide a positive first and last impression.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of parking areas and equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Security, Front Office and Engineering.
• Deliver Forbes Five-Star service standards.
