Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Parking Operations Supervisor to oversee daily valet, self-parking and traffic control across the resort. You will lead a diverse team, ensure exceptional guest flow and maintain high standards of safety and presentation.

The role requires hands-on valet experience with luxury vehicles, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering Forbes Five-Star service. Flexibility for weekends and shifts is essential to meet peak guest demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality and parking operations is required and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hands-on valet experience with luxury and high-performance vehicles.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate diverse teams with accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guests, colleagues and leaders.
• Knowledge of parking operations, traffic control procedures and safety standards.
• Familiarity with parking management systems and basic reporting tools.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of Forbes Five-Star service behaviors and guest-centric service.
• Commitment to recruiting and developing top talent; professional grooming and presentation.
• Valid UAE driving licence with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations including valet services, self-parking areas and traffic management zones.
• Lead and manage a team of parking attendants, valets and traffic controllers during shifts.
• Monitor guest arrival and departure points, ensuring prompt service and positive impressions.
• Ensure parking areas, valet zones, equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when required.
• Support the Assistant Manager in managing traffic flow and space utilization.
• Ensure parking equipment is operational and report defects immediately.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new and existing staff.
• Prepare shift reports and incident logs for management.
• Enforce parking policies and safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Security, Front Office and Engineering for seamless operations.
• Support peak operations with hands-on duties as needed.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards and Wynn Al Marjan Island culture.
